This document outlines the terms governing the use of the gen3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the gen3 platform through our website or mobile application, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gen3 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and gen3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms indicates your acceptance of those changes. gen3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
The gen3 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and that you are a resident or lawful inhabitant of Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of gen3 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other requested information. gen3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. gen3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the gen3 support team immediately at [email protected]. You should also change your password without delay in such circumstances.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Gen3 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Attempting to access another user's account or gen3's internal systems without authorisation.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code through the platform.
- Using bots, automation software, or other methods to manipulate the betting system.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
Gen3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the gen3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, local bank transfers, and other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. gen3 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set within the platform and may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring they are aware of the current limits before making any transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status. gen3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the gen3 account holder. Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account may result in the withdrawal request being rejected and the account being investigated.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
Gen3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, delays in transaction processing, or unauthorised access to a user's account by third parties.
Betting carries financial risk. Users acknowledge that they use this platform at their own risk and that gen3 does not guarantee any profit or return from betting activity.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the gen3 platform are the exclusive property of gen3 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gen3.
Third-Party Links
The gen3 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for user convenience only, and gen3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
Account Policy, Term Amendments & Governing Law
Gen3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, activity suspected of violating the law, or at gen3's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to fraud or misconduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the gen3 support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the appropriate verification process.
Gen3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the gen3 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
